CHEF ROBERTO GONZALEZ ALONSO

From his earliest days, Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso was captivated by the meals his mother made, sparking a lifelong passion for exploring diverse flavours. His journey through gastronomy, from student to apprentice chef, deepened his appreciation for the culinary arts. For him, the kitchen is a magical place where flavours, textures, and presentations converge to create exceptional dishes.

His impressive resume includes stints at Spanish-style bistros, tapas bars, and Michelin-starred restaurants across Spain and the United Kingdom, including notable establishments such as El Puerto in Bristol, El Cambio de Tercio in Chelsea, and the prestigious three Michelin-starred Diverxo in Madrid, along with Sinsombrero, Casa Gades, Sexto, and Txirimiri.

Chef Roberto’s dedication to marrying traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine infuses Uno Mas and the rooftop bars of Centara Grand at CentralWorld with innovative and elevated dishes.

  センタラグランドホテル54階にあるバンコクで人気のスペイン料理屋さん。トリップアドバイザーのスペイン料理部門でNo.1だったので行ってみました。

ロビーを入って23階まで上がり、そこからエレベーターを乗り換えて54階まで上がります。夜景が綺麗で雰囲気も良く、生演奏の音楽も心地よく聞こえました。

お料理はガスパチョ、生ハム、タパスの盛り合せ、ラムチョップ、パエリアのハーフ&ハーフを頼みました。どれも美味しかったのですが、2人では食べきれない量だったためラムチョップとパエリアはほとんどテイクアウトしました。

ソムリエが美味しいワインをチョイスしてくれるともっと良いサービスになる思います。でも妻と楽しい食事ができました。ありがとうございました。

  Dopo quasi un mese in Thailandia,e sopravvivendo con la cucina thai,questo ristorante ci ha fatto riassaporare un di Spagna:cococha di merluzza,polipo alla brace con purea di zucca e paprica,chipirones e presa iberica.Tutto cucinato alla perfezione e con un servizio impeccabile.E che dire del panorama al 54 mo piano😵anche il locale molto curato.Prezzi al di sopra della media ma del tutto legittimi x la qualità e la location👍
